Returns happen

So here’s the deal

Thank you for supporting our small business!  We hope you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please see information below on our Return Policy:

RETURNS

Items eligible for return must have been purchased within 7-days, and be in new and unused condition, with unbroken product seals, and all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

Please email Customer Service at support@grow.bm to report issues:

  • Please place your Order Confirmation Number (from your receipt) in the subject line, and then provide a detailed explanation of your issue
  • Please allow up to 48-hours for Customer Service to respond to your issue

Once verified, your return will be accepted.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued as site-credit coupons for product exchange only.
